Janaan RPH Service Terms

The following terms apply specifically to our Janaan RPH service:

Account Usage

Your Janaan account is strictly for your personal use as an educator
Account sharing is prohibited - your account credentials must not be shared with other individuals
Each account is intended solely for generating Janaan RPH for your own teaching schedule
You may not use the Janaan service to generate RPH for another user or person
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be shared or misused

Quota Policy

Janaan quota is valid for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase
Unused quota cannot be carried forward beyond the validity period
Quota is non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another account
Expired quota will be forfeited without refund or compensation

Submission Policy

Once a Janaan RPH request is submitted and processed, it is considered final
Users are responsible for reviewing all information before submission
Changes or modifications to submitted Janaan RPH are not available after processing
Please ensure all details (subjects, classes, time slots) are correct before confirming your submission

No Refund Policy

All Janaan service purchases are final and non-refundable
Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate processing, refunds are not provided
This applies to all Janaan packages including yearly plans, weekly plans, and quota-based purchases
Users acknowledge and accept this policy upon purchase

Account Responsibilities

When creating an account on our platform:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information
You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Payments and Refunds

All payments for digital products are processed securely through our platform.

Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes
Due to the nature of digital products, we offer refunds only in specific circumstances where the product is demonstrably defective
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
We reserve the right to reject refund requests if the product has been downloaded or accessed

Product Delivery

Digital education materials will be available for immediate download after payment confirmation or will be delivered via the method specified at the time of purchase.
